We have just released a brand new product - The new Merchant Admin! 🎉 The Merchant Admin is our long-awaited update for the OMS dashboard.


Apart from an all-new user interface and branding changes, the Merchant Admin retains most of the same functionality as the OMS dashboard. Additionally, merchants using the new Admin Dashboard can:

Currently, both the new Merchant Admin and OMS dashboard can be accessed using the same login credentials to facilitate the transition - so you can still choose to use the OMS dashboard if you wish to. However, we have plans to retire the OMS dashboard by the end of April 2023.

What is this upgrade about?

We have updated and refreshed one of our most heavily used products - the OMS dashboard! The new Merchant Admin aims to replace the OMS dashboard and is a central piece to Oddle's integrated omnichannel restaurant platform.

The new Merchant Admin is a web-based application, separate from the OMS dashboard which can be accessed independently (i.e. There is a separate URL to access the new Merchant Admin).

The Merchant Admin features a brand new user interface and allows you to do all the same things that you could with the classic OMS dashboard. Additionally, you also get access to the new Sales Pages which allows you to view and download all your sales records from your sales channels all in one place.

The Merchant Admin is also the foundation for all new features which will be built. This update does not in any way affect your existing data.


What can I do in the new Merchant Admin? Is there anything new?

The new Merchant Admin retains most of the same functionality as the OMS dashboard. You can still:

  • Manage and process orders

  • Setup and manage stores

  • Manage your menus

  • Create and manage promotions for menus

  • Set up and manage tax & charges

  • Customise your online shop

  • View analytics & reports

  • View statements & payouts

  • Configure employee permissions

Additionally, the newly released the following features which can only be accessed via the new Merchant Admin.


Are there any features that will not be available?

Yes - the Web POS feature will be available to selected merchants only as there are plans for us to sunset the product. Should you require the Web POS feature, do contact your account manager or our support team.


What will happen to the classic OMS dashboard?

Currently, both the new Merchant Admin and the classic OMS dashboard are operational and can be accessed using the same login credentials.

The classic (OMS) dashboard can still be accessed at https://app.oddle.me/dashboard/signin while the new Merchant Admin can be accessed at https://app.oddle.me/panel.

We do have plans to retire the OMS dashboard by the end of April 2023.


Why are we doing this?

Ever since the inception of Oddle, we have been committed to helping restaurants succeed by empowering them with the right digital tools and services. In 2014, we pioneered online ordering in the F&B industry. Now, almost 7 years on, our platform is now evolving to help restaurants put food on the table, online or offline. The new Merchant Admin is the foundation for our vision of what an integrated omnichannel restaurant platform should be.

In the upcoming months, you will see our various products coming together in the Merchant Admin where you will easily be able to manage all your Sales Channels (such as Reservations, QR Ordering, Payment Terminals amongst others) from one place. Your customer data will also get supercharged - you'll have a 360-degree view of your customers across the various touchpoints which will help you create more precise and meaningful engagements with them.


How do I switch menus?

The new Merchant Admin is oriented around your brands. Each "brand" has its own individual workspace and each brand contains your related stores and a related menu.

To switch between brands, simply click on the drop-down on the top left and select the relevant brand.
