Managing your Redeemable campaigns

Things to take note of while managing your campaigns to get more out of your redeemables.

Congratulations on creating your Redeemable Campaign! Now, let's explore how you can effectively manage it and make the most out of your redeemables. In this article, we will guide you through viewing, editing, pausing, resuming, and deleting your campaigns, as well as monitoring their performance (number of issuance and redemption). Let's get started!


How to manage Redeemables Campaign?

Once your Redeemable Campaign is created and live, redeemables can be issued to your customers. These customers will then head over to your stores to use these vouchers. It is crucial to manage your campaigns, redeemables issued and redeemed.

1. View Campaigns & Campaign’s Performance

  1. Log into your OMS dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Engage > Redeemable.

  3. You'll see a list view of all your campaigns.

  4. Click on a campaign to view its details, including the number of redeemables issued and redeemed.

List View

In the list view, the tabs split the campaigns by their statuses.

Tabs

Meaning

All

Contains Active, Paused and Draft campaigns.

Active

Live campaigns that are currently issuing redeemables to customer and these customers are using them.

Draft

Campaigns that are yet to be live. You can edit relevant campaign details before setting it as active.

Paused

Previously active campaigns that have been paused. Redeemables cannot be issued to customers and customers will not be able to use them. All existing redeemables will be set as “Cannot be redeemed at this time” from the customer’s point of view.

Expired

Campaigns where redeemables expire on a specific date and are now expired.

In the list view, there is a table with columns. Here is what the columns refer to:

Columns

Meaning

Campaign Name

The internal name set for the campaign during creation. You can update this name when editing.

Status

Active, Paused and Draft.

Issued

The number of redeemables claimed/issued to your customers.

Redemption

The number of redeemables redeemed/used by your customers. Customers enter a 4-pin digit to redeem it at any of your stores.

Sales

The total cummulative sales from your redeemables (if any)

Edit, Pause, Resume, Delete, Issue, Share

View Campaign Performance

After a campaign is set active, it is vital to track and monitor the performance of your campaign. To see the the number of issuance and redemption:

  1. Log into your OMS dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Engage > Redeemable.

  3. Click on a campaign to view the details.

  4. Scroll down to the Campaign Performance section and toggle between Issued and Redeemed.

  5. To edit a campaign, click on Edit Campaign on the top right hand corner. To find out more, on editing a campaign, click here.

  6. View your Redemption PINs, Campaign Limits and Terms and Conditions on this page.

⭐ If you were to click on the customer, you will be re-directed to the Dashboard > Customer section. Here, you can view the customer’s profile and transaction history.


2. Editing Campaigns

After setting up a Campaign, you might want to make changes to the Campaign details, Redemption details (Redemption PINs), and Campaign Limits. Keep in mind:

  1. 🛎️ Once a campaign is active or paused, Campaign limits are not editable. Only when a campaign is a draft, Campaign limits are editable.

  2. 🛎️ Any changes to a campaign will ONLY apply to newly issued redeemables. Existing redeemables won't be affected by these changes.

To edit a campaign:

  1. Log into your OMS dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Engage > Redeemable.

  3. In the list view of all the campaigns, click on the ⋮ under the Quick Actions column for the particular campaign you want to edit.

  4. Select Edit and then click the Proceed button.

  5. Make relevant changes to the Campaign details, Redemption details, and Campaign Limits sections.

  6. To save your changes, go to the Summary page and click on Save Edits And Set Live.



3. Pausing and Resuming Campaigns

Once a campaign is active, you can switch the campaign’s status between paused and active. It is crucial to know how to pause a campaign. By pausing campaigns, redeemables cannot be issued or redeemed. Any existing redeemables issued will be set as “Cannot be redeemed at this time” from the customer’s point of view.

To pause an active campaign:

  1. Log into your OMS dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Engage > Redeemable.

  3. In the list view of all the campaigns, click on the ⋮ under the Quick Actions column for the particular campaign.

  4. Click on Pause and then select Confirm Pause button

By resuming campaigns, redeemables can now be issued and redeemed. Any existing redeemables will be set as back to active and customer can now redeem them.

To resume a paused campaign:

  1. Log into your OMS dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Engage > Redeemable

  3. In the list view of all the campaigns, click on the ⋮ under the Quick Actions column for the particular campaign.

  4. Click on Resume and then select Confirm Resume button.


4. Deleting Campaigns

📢 Please note that you cannot delete a campaign if customers have already been issued and used redeemables, regardless of its current status. In such cases, it is advised to pause the campaign instead.

If customers have not been issued and used redeemables for a campaign, you will not be able to delete that campaign, regardless of the current status.

  1. Log into your OMS dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Engage > Redeemable.

  3. In the list view of all the campaigns, click on the ⋮ under the Quick Actions column for the particular campaign.

  4. Click on Delete and then select the Delete button.
