Unlock the power of redeemables with easy campaign creation and configuration. In this article, we will guide you through the process of creating campaigns on Redeemables, covering Campaign Details, Redemption Details, and Campaign Limits.
How to create Redeemables Campaign?
Campaigns are the foundation of Redeemables, allowing you to issue redeemables to your customers. For each campaign, you can decide how many redeemables to issue, how many redeemables to be redeemed, when redeemables expire and many more.
1. Create a Redeemables Campaign
Log into your OMS dashboard.
From the OMS dashboard, navigate to Engage > Redeemables.
Click on the + Create Campaign button to initiate the campaign creation process.
💡 If this is your first time creating a campaign, we recommend checking out the introduction page. It provides concise information on how your customers can use redeemables, along with helpful articles, demos, and promotion ideas.
2. Set up Campaign Details
The campaign details shape how your redeemables will appear to your customers. Follow these steps to configure your campaign details:
Fill up the Campaign Name (Required)
This field is for internal use only and helps you identify the campaign.
Fill up the Redeemable Title (Required)
This title will be visible to your customers, so make it captivating and descriptive.
Click on the Upload Cover Image button to upload (Required)
Choose an appealing image that represents your campaign and captures attention.
Fill up the Description (Required)
Craft a compelling description that provides enticing details about the redeemable.
Fill up the Terms & Conditions (Required)
Clearly outline any rules, restrictions, or special instructions for using the redeemable.
Once you have filled in the campaign details, click on the Next: Payment Settings button located at the bottom right corner.
3. Set up Payment Settings (Optional)
The Payment Settings allows you take payments for redemptions. For example you could set up your redeemable like a "cash voucher" (e.g. $50 cash voucher at $45) or to sell items (e.g. $9.90 for a Pizza). Skip this step if your redeemable does not require a payment.
To setup payments:
Toggle on "Payment required"
Set a payment amount that the customer has to pay in order to claim the redeemable
(Optional) You can also set a "Usual Price" which is displayed with a strikethrough to the consumer
Once done, click on "Next: Redemption Details"
Note: Payment amounts are non-editable once a campaign is launched so only set your campaign live once you are sure!
4. Set up Redemption Details
The redemption details define how your redeemables can be redeemed. Follow these steps to configure the redemption process:
Set your 4-Digit Master PIN (Required)
This PIN is used to secure the campaign and manage the redemption process.
Set your 4-Digit Store Redemption PINs (Optional)
Optionally, you can set individual PINs for different store locations to streamline operations.
Once you’re done setting up the redemption details, click on the Next: Campaign Limits button.
5. Set up Campaign Limits
Campaign limits allow you to control the distribution and usage of your redeemables. Follow these steps to configure the campaign limits:
How many Redeemables can be issued?
Specify the total quantity of redeemables that will be available for your customers.
How many Redeemables can be redeemed?
Define the total number of redeemables that can be redeemed by customers across all stores
When should Redeemables expire?
Choose the expiration date for any unredeemed redeemables, preventing further usage after this date.
How many times can a customer claim this redeemable?
Choose between allowing customers to claim and redeem the redeemable only once or an unlimited number of times.
Once you’re done setting up the campaign limits, click on the Next: Summary button
6. Summary
Review and finalise your campaign before making it live. Follow these steps to review your campaign details:
Take a final look at the campaign details and PIN configuration. Note that these can still be edited in the future.
Review the Terms & Conditions to ensure accuracy and compliance. This section is also editable in the future.
Verify the campaign limits to ensure they align with your promotional goals.
Please note that these limits cannot be edited after setting the campaign live and only editable after saving the campaign as a draft
Once you are satisfied with the campaign setup, choose either Save as Draft or Save and Set Live.
⭐ If you are not ready to go live, you can Save the campaign as Draft first.
A success message will appear, confirming the creation of your campaign. Click on Ok, Got it!
As you return to the Redeemables page, you will receive a confirmation message at the bottom. Congratulation, you have just created a campaign! 🎉
⭐ TIP: It is advised to create a new discount or voucher line item on your POS system. Every time a customer redeems a redeemable, you can add this discount line item to the final order and bill.
