How to manage your survey feedback and view analytics?

Maximize the potential of your data now that you collected survey feedback! In this article, we will walk you through how to manage your survey feedback and view analytics.

How to manage your Survey feedback?

Easily view and filter through all your survey feedback to gain deeper insights into your customers. Leverage redeemable rewards to win back dissatisfied customers and transform satisfied ones into loyal advocates.

To perform the following actions, ensure you have created your initial survey with the onboarding flow in the first section: How to create Surveys.

  • View survey results

    Effortlessly navigate through surveys and quickly identify those that need attention.

    1. Log into your OMS dashboard.

    2. Navigate to Engage > Surveys.

    3. Click on View Feedback.

    4. Under the Survey Feedback page, you will be able to view all the surveys completed. Under the Overall Rating column, specific surveys will have Survey Feedback icons to highlight certain aspects of the survey.

    5. To view specific surveys, you can:

      1. Use the following filters:

        *Access these filters by clicking on Advance Filter. When selecting these filters, click Apply Filter to make the changes.

      2. Select the individual survey you want to view the full response of by clicking on its row.

  • Download responses as CSV (Coming soon!)

    Download survey responses to conduct your own analysis and uncover insights to improve your business.

    1. Click on Download Responses.

    2. Enter your email address and click Enter.

    3. Check your email inbox for the download link and click it.

    4. Save the survey responses as a CSV file to your local desktop.

  • Issue redeemables for low rating

    Offer redeemables to re-engage customers who completed a survey, encouraging repeat visits and winning back those who left low ratings!

    1. Select the survey of the customer you want to send a redeemable to either by:

      1. Clicking on the three dots under the Action column of the row and clicking Issue Redeemable.

      2. Clicking on the row and clicking the Issue Redeemable button.

    2. Select the redeemable you want to issue and click on Next: Issuance Summary.

    3. View the summary of the issuance and click on Issue Redeemable. A successful pop-up message will be displayed once the redeemable is issued.

To perform the following actions, ensure you have created your initial survey with the onboarding flow in the first section: How to create Surveys.

  • View Survey Analytics Dashboard

    1. Log into your OMS dashboard.

    2. Navigate to Engage > Surveys.

    • Scroll down to see the Survey Analytics Dashboard under the Your Survey Summary section.

Within this dashboard, you can do the following:

  • View Key Graphs

    You can easily see the following key survey metrics through our graphs:

🌟 What’s a Happy Survey, a Neutral Survey and a Happy Customer?

Surveys with an "overall rating" of 4 or higher are considered happy surveys, while those with a rating of 3 or less are neutral surveys. Customers who complete happy surveys are also labeled as happy customers! This segmentation is crucial for understanding if your customers are generally satisfied with their experience with you!

  • Filter Data

    1. Click on the Filters drop down.

    2. Edit specific survey data using the following filters:

    3. Once you’ve made your edits, click the Apply button to make the changes. Otherwise, you can click the Cancel button.

🌟 Survey data for the past two weeks is initially shown, but this can be adjusted using the Date Range filter!

  • Export Data

    Download the survey dashboard graphs to uncover insights and easily share them with your team!

    1. Click on the Download icon.

    2. Select if you want to download the graphs as a PDF or PNG file.

    3. Save the survey responses as the selected file to your local desktop.
