Special Hours

In this article, you will learn how you can set special hours for your stores.

These changes can be made under Store > Store Name > Pickup/Delivery.

Delivery or pickup hour settings are prioritised in the following order:

  1. Special Hours

  2. Regular Hours (Delivery / Pickup)

What are Special Hours for?

This setting is used to define special store operating hours on a specified date(s) (e.g. if Christmas Eve falls on a regular day and you wish to only open for half a day).

Your customers can only place delivery or pickup orders for the defined hours when selecting the affected date(s).

Your Oddle Shop will remain open outside of the special hours on the selected date(s) so that you can continue to receive orders for other dates.

How to create Special Hours?

  1. Click Store on your main navigation bar.

  2. Select the store you'd like to adjust settings for by clicking on the store name (e.g. Delicious@Jurong).

  3. Click Delivery/Pickup on the left sidebar.

  4. Toggle on Enable Delivery to start editing settings for delivery/pickup.

  5. On the navigation bar, click Special Hours to select the start and end date for your special/exception opening hours.

  6. Click Add Dates and a DELIVERY/PICKUP TIMING tab will appear. Input all relevant settings according to Delivery / Pickup Settings.

📌 Remember to click Save (bottom right red tab) after you have made any changes.
