Reassigning orders to a different store via iPad Oddle Register

If you need to transfer or re-assign an existing order to a different outlet, this can be done via the iPad Oddle Register app.

The Oddle iPad Register is specially tailored to the use of operational staff. It can also be used to change many settings of a single order when the need arises.

Do note that these features are only available on the iPad as of now.

How to get to a specific order


1. Log into the iPad Oddle Register using your employee account.


2. Tap on either the "Pending", "Confirmed", "Fulfilled" if you know which order status your order is. If not, you can always tap on the "All" tab to find your order (this might be slower though).


3. In the "Search" bar with the magnifying glass, type in the order number of the order you wish to change.

4. In the list, tap on the order that you wish to edit.


How to change the store to prepare the order



1. Press the "Pencil", which is the Edit button.

2. Tap on the "Change" word on the top left of the screen. The button should be beside a store name.

3. Tap on the store that you wish to transfer the order to.

4. Choose the delivery/pickup date and timeslot again. If you do not know how to do this, please proceed to this article "Changing Pickup/Delivery Timing of an Order on iPad".

5. Tap on "Checkout". Click "Nope" if you do not wish to send an email receipt to the customer's email, and "Yes" if you wish to send an email receipt to the customer's email.
