In this article, you will learn how you can set block off dates for your stores.

These changes can be made under Store > Store Name > Pickup/Delivery.

Delivery or pickup hour settings are prioritised in the following order:

  1. Block Off Dates

  2. Regular Hours (Delivery / Pickup)

What is Block Off Date for?

Block off date setting is used to block out specific date(s) where there is no delivery and/or pickup service from a store (e.g. store is closed on a public holiday).

This will prevent your customers from placing an order for the date(s).

Your Oddle Shop will remain open throughout the block-out period so that you can continue receiving orders for other dates.

How to create a Block Off Date?

These changes can be made by going to the new Merchant Dashboard and selecting the Brand

  • Click Stores


  • Click Store Name


  • Click Delivery or Pick-up Settings

  • Ensure that Enable Delivery/Pickup is toggled on to start editing settings for delivery/pickup.


  • Click "Block Off Dates" on the navigation bar.


  • Click Add Dates and a Block-off Dates tab will appear. Select the date(s) to block off.

  • Click Save (bottom right red tab) after you have made any changes.
