You can easily request a driver from your assigned delivery partner to deliver your orders on both the Web Dashboard and Oddle Register App.

📌 The delivery request feature is only available in certain countries and
for merchants with an assigned delivery partner. Please contact your Account Manager for more details.

To implement these changes, navigate to the new Merchant Dashboard and follow these steps:
Click on "Sales" in the dashboard.
Select "Online Orders."
Choose "General" from the available options.
Sending a Delivery Request
To send a delivery request:
1. Click on the order to which you want to send a delivery request. Then, click Delivery Request.
2. Enter any related comments in the popup. (Optional)
3. Select a suitable vehicle type, then click on the Confirm button once done.

4. A delivery request has now been sent to your delivery partner and the delivery request status should now be "Assigning Driver".
If your delivery request fails:
Check if the delivery date time is expired (the order is in the past).
Check if the delivery date time is too close to the current time (insufficient lead time).
Resend a delivery request by clicking the Delivery Request button again.
💡 It is best to send a delivery request as soon as an order is confirmed to
ensure that your delivery partner has sufficient time to assign a driver to
your order.
In general, it is best to request for deliveries at least one hour in
advance.
When a driver has been assigned:
When your delivery partner has found a driver for your order, the delivery request status will be updated to "Assigned". Select the delivery request button again to view the driver's details.
Cancelling a Delivery Request
📌 Do contact your delivery partner directly to know more about the

To cancel a delivery request:
1. Select Delivery Request button.
2. Select Cancel Request button.
💡 If your delivery cancellation request fails, you may contact your
delivery partner directly. You can find your delivery partner's contact
details by clicking on the "Driver Assigned" button.
For Singapore merchants, you may contact the Delivery Coordination team via
the existing WhatsApp group with the team.
Delivery Request Statuses
Whenever you make a delivery request, you will be able to see real-time updates of your delivery request by looking at the delivery request status.
Below is a list of possible delivery request statuses:
Driver Not Requested - Default status for a delivery type order is created.
Delivery Scheduled (Blue) - When you request a delivery with pickup time more than 6 days in advance, we will schedule to send your request to delivery partner nearer to the delivery date.
Assigning Driver - When you have requested for a delivery and a driver has yet to be assigned by your delivery partner.
Assigned - When a driver has been assigned to your order and / or is on its way to pick up your order
Request Cancelled - When you have cancelled your delivery request.
Request Failed - When your delivery request fails.
Driver Not Required - When you do not require a driver and have marked the delivery request status as "Driver Not Required".
Delivery Tracking
The delivery tracking feature lets you know when your delivery rider is arriving to give you greater peace of mind.
📌 The delivery tracking feature is only available for some delivery partners.
Delivery tracking information is only available 30 minutes before the delivery pick up time specified and made available until the delivery is completed.
To do so, click on the "Track My Driver" link of the order you are tracking.
This shows the location of the driver.
