1. How to view your delivery or pickup orders on SUNMI?

To start processing orders on your SUNMI device, click on the Oddle Register app installed on your home screen and sign in with your employee account.

2. What are the best practices when using a SUNMI device?

(a) Adjust sound volume to loudest

On the Oddle Register Settings Page, turn up the notification volume to its loudest so that you don't miss out on any notifications!

(b) Enable auto-refresh orders

When "Auto-Refresh Orders" is enabled on the Oddle Register Settings Page, it periodically retrieves new orders for XX minutes (you may set this time on "Refresh Interval Duration").

This feature ensures that all new orders will be reflected on the Oddle Register, even if the device battery is low or notifications fail to be received. When you enable this feature, orders will still be updated on your Oddle Register even when the following issues occur:

  1. When the device battery or memory is low, the Android OS will make adjustments to prolong battery life, such as muting device notifications.

  2. When OMS is overloaded with requests, the device may fail to send notifications, resulting in no new orders being retrieved.

(c) Change the refresh interval duration

After enabling Auto-Refresh Orders, you may adjust the Refresh Interval Duration. This function ensures that the auto-refresh function is triggered at a regular time period.

(d) Enable continuous ringer mode

Continuous Ringer Mode (or Irritating Mode) is enabled by default to alert you on newly submitted orders.

You may set the trigger frequency to Continuous, so you don't miss any orders!

3. How to manage item availability for individual stores on SUNMI?
