New Order Processing on Email

Immediately after a new order is submitted through your online ordering platform, an email notification will be sent to you.

Status for new orders is Pending.

Order status need to be changed from Pending > Confirmed > Delivered.

Order processing for pickup orders

1. Open the email to view order details

2. Click Confirm Order to mark the order as confirmed

3. After you are redirected to Order Status Change page, click Confirm.

4. The status of the order has been changed from pending to confirmed. If the email notification for customers setting is enabled, they will receive a confirmation email.

5. Another email will be sent to you afterwards. To view the order on your dashboard, go to the email and click View Order.

Order processing for delivery orders

1. Open the email to view order details

2. Click Confirm Order to mark the order as confirmed

3. After you are redirected to Order Status Change page, click Confirm.

4. The status of the order has been changed from pending to confirmed. If the email notification for customers setting is enabled, they will receive a confirmation email.

5. If your require delivery support, click Request Delivery

6. You will be redirected to this page. Enter comments in the comment field if you have any, and click Confirm.

7. The delivery request has been submitted.

8. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Once the order has been delivered to the customer, go to the confirmation email and click Order Delivered.

9. To view the order on your dashboard, go to the email and click View Order.
