You can view how your business is doing at any time within the Oddle Merchant Dashboard, using your admin account.
您可以於任何時候以管理員帳號登入Oddle網頁版後台查詢 <想想>。

  • Log in to app.oddle.me with your finance contact email and password
    以財務人員的信箱及密碼登入 Oddle網頁版後台

  • Click on Account from the left sidebar on your browser
    點擊左側的【財務報表】

  • Navigate to Statements or Past Records
    點擊【當期對帳單】或【所有對帳單】來查詢

Statements 當期對帳單

Statements are posted online 3 working days after the cutoff dates (7th, 14th, 21st, 30th/31st of each month) and can be downloaded as an Excel file.
Oddle會於每期對帳單截止日期（每個月的7號、14號、21號以及30或31號）後的三個工作天後發佈到網頁版後台，您可以將對帳單下載成Excel檔。

  1. Select your statement period (based on order delivery date)

    選擇您希望查詢之對帳單時間範圍（以訂單送達日期為準）

  2. Select your view 選擇您希望查詢的內容
    a. Summary當期款項明細
    b. Fees Breakdown by Store Order款項與訂單明細

  3. Select your billing entity選擇您希望查詢店家
    a. Only billing entities for your account will be shown.
    a. 僅會顯示您選擇的店家之計費明細
    b. If the billing entity is not available or is incorrect, please drop us an email at [email protected])
    b. 若計費明細無法查看或是發生錯誤，請您發信至Oddle台灣的財務信箱（[email protected]），我們會協助您確認對帳單明細

  4. Download PDF/PNG copy of the Summary and PDF/Excel copy of the Fees Breakdown by Store Order
    當期對帳單明細可以下載PDF或PNG檔；款項與訂單明細則可以下載PDF或Excel檔

This report is the summary of the orders fulfilled for the period selected and has 2 sections:
這份報告為您查詢時間範圍內已完成訂單的總結，分為兩個部分

  1. Disbursement: This section illustrates the amount of money received in Oddle Payment Account, the fees charged by Oddle for the different services, and the net amount disbursed to the merchant for the statement period.
    ​撥款金額：此部分列出您所選時間範圍內Oddle撥款給您的金額，即訂單交易金額扣除Oddle提供服務所產生的費用（如：系統抽成費、運費等）

  2. Profit / Loss: This section illustrates the net cost (excl. GST) of using Oddle and its logistics network (if utilized) to accept and deliver orders to the customers in absolute amount and in percentage against the food subtotal (excl. GST and customer paid delivery fee).
    ​收入/ 支出：此部分列出您使用Oddle產生的淨支出（如：系統抽成費），以及使用物流服務所產生的支出，除了列出支出金額，也會顯示各項支出佔訂單總金額的百分比
    ​
    1. Commission/Usage fees 系統抽成費 2. Delivery fee borne by merchant (Oddle-charged delivery fee less customer paid delivery fee)
    店家支出運費（扣除客人已付運費後，Oddle應向店家收取運費）
    3. Payment gateway fee 支付網關費用 <台灣不會有>

Definition Key名詞定義

1. Disbursement Section 撥款金額

  • Total Amount Received - Shows the amount received via Oddle Payment Account. It excludes any offline payment including but not limited to cash and bank transfers.

    已收之總額 - 透過Oddle付款帳號中已收之總額。包含線下支付之訂單，但不限於現金支付及銀行轉帳
    ​

  • Refunds - Shows the amount refunded via Oddle
    退款 - 透過Oddle退款之退款總額
    ​

  • Nett Received - Shows the amount received via Oddle Payment Account after any refunds.
    淨收入- 透過Oddle付款帳號中已收之總額扣除透過Oddle退款之退款總額。
    ​

  • Usage Fees - The commissions payable for online orders and calculated based on commission rate (%) multiplied by effective qualified amount
    使用費- 線上訂單應付佣金，按佣金率（%）x 線上訂單之有效合格金額總額
    ​

  • Effective Qualified Amount - Total sales of order less tax, less customer paid delivery fee and refunds. This is effectively the food basket amount excluding GST.
    ​有效合格金額總額 - 總銷售總額扣除稅金再扣除客人支付之運費以及退款。購物車總額不包含消費稅

  • Delivery Fees - Delivery fees charged by Oddle based on logistics pricing chart [Singapore only]
    ​

  • Payment Gateway Fees - Payment gateway fee of 3.4% + $0.50 [Singapore only] on total sales is applicable for orders entered manually via iPad/Android app where payment link is sent to the customer and customer successfully transacts.
    ​支付網關費- 支付網關費為透過iPad/Android app建立後發送付款連結給客戶，且交易成功之訂單總額的3.4%

  • Amount To Be Disbursed - Nett received minus total fees with GST.
    ​商家需支付總額-已收淨值扣除含消費稅之總費用

2. Profit/loss Section 獲利/損失

  • Nett Sales - Total sales less GST, customer paid delivery fee and refunds. Effective
    ​淨銷售額- 總銷售額扣除消費稅、客人支付之運費以及退款
    ​

  • Usage Fees - The commissions payable for online orders and calculated based on commission rate (%) multiplied by effective qualified amount
    ​使用費- 線上訂單應付佣金，按佣金率（%）x 線上訂單之有效合格金額總額
    ​

  • Qualified Amount - Total sales of order less tax, customer paid delivery fee and refunds)
    ​有效合格金額總額 - 總銷售總額扣除稅金再扣除客人支付之運費以及退款。
    ​

  • Delivery Fees Borne By Merchant - Delivery fees charged by Oddle based on logistics pricing chart [Singapore only] less customer paid delivery fee
    ​

This report shows all the orders for the period selected based on delivery date and has 2 views:

這份報告為您查詢時間範圍內的所有訂單(以訂單送達日期為準)，您可以兩種方式查看

  1. The simplified display type provides a quick overview to calculate the net amount to be disbursed by individual orders for the period.
    ​簡化顯示類型提供快速概覽，用於計算該期間各個訂單要支付的淨額。

  2. The detailed display type shows all the information in the Simplified view plus additional order information and information for deriving the fees.
    ​詳細顯示類型顯示簡化顯示類型中的所有資訊之外，加上其他訂單資訊以及費用計算所需之資訊。
