(3) Viewing, prioritising, and finding combinations

Viewing + finding combinations

All the combinations are organised by their party size. This means that under 6 pax, there should be a list of combination that caters to 6 pax. Since a combination can cater to different pax sizes, a combination can be repeated in multiple groups. To allow users to quickly check if there combinations are in the right groups, we’ve implemented highlighting to quickly spot where all the combinations are, much like when you search for a word on your browser using cmd + f or ctrl + f as can be seen in the screenshot below

Prioritising

Prioritising is indicated by the = sign next to each combination. This can be found in the modal when creating or editing table combinations from the party size (not the primary Create Combinations button) and also in the main viewing page of all combinations. Combinations can be dragged to the top to be prioritised first when reservations are being assigned.

(5) Increase Reservation Max Pax Limit

Manual Table Combinations

(1) Manually combining tables

  • While adding a manual reservation, select the TABLE NO field

  • Multi select the tables chosen to be combined

  • Add reservation

(2) Visualising combined tables
