Merchants can add tags to items and variants to provide additional information about your menu. These tags are fully customizable and can be used in the following cases
Increase Visibility: Tags like "Customer Favorite" or "Chef’s Special" draw attention to popular items.
Enhance Customer Experience: Informational tags such as "Gluten-Free", "Low Calorie", or "Contains Nuts" help customers make informed decisions.

How to Add a Tag
A tag can be added to an item or a variant
Selecting an item or variant
Navigate to the Add Tags Section and click “Add Tags”. A new “Add Tags” pop-up will appear
Enter Tags
Click Save in the “Add Tags” pop-up.
Click Save Changes to save all changes
Adding "Nutri-Grade" Label (For Singapore Merchants Only)
To help Merchants in Singapore comply with Health Promotion Board requirements, “Nutri-Grade” labels for drinks are added by creating tags that contain both Grade and Sugar Level.
Steps
Select the item that requires a “Nutri-Grade” label
Navigate to the Add Tags Section and click “Add Tags”. A new “Add Tags” pop-up will appear
Select the required “Nutri-Grade” label by clicking on the correct label
Add Sugar Level Rating to the end of the populated tag
Click "Add" to add "Nutri-Grade" label
Click Save Changes to save all changes
The “Nutri-Grade” label with the correct sugar rating should appear for your drink
Additional Information
The “Nutri-Grade” label can also be added to a variant of an item if
if a drink has multiple variations (for eg. different sugar levels for bubble tea or different variations of coffee)
The variant exists as an option item in another item bundle.
Merchants may rename and append the sugar rating to options for toppings that can be added to freshly prepared Nutri-Grade beverages
