Customers are the lifeblood of any business! When a customer makes a reservation at your restaurant, they might already have certain expectations, preferences and dining habits. So, it is important that you understand your customers and what they want. If you are interested in managing your customers, you’ve come to the right place.

How to manage customer profile?
Add a customer profile
In the Oddle Reserve Host V3 app, navigate to Customers and Click on the + Add
Fill up their salutation, first name (required), last name, phone number (required), birthday, email address and customer notes
Here, you can decide if the customer should be receiving any marketing promos from your shop
Click on the Add profile button
Alternatively, you can create a new customer when you are

Searching for a non existing customer, there is a button to add the person as a customer

View a customer profile and their upcoming and past reservations
After searching for a customer, click the customer profile
The customer’s salutation, first name, last name, phone number, birthday, email address and customer notes would be displayed
Here, you can also see if the customer has subscribed to your marketing promos
Scroll down to see their reservation records
There record summary which shows the total number of upcoming, completed, cancelled and no show reservations that the customer has ever made
Furthermore, there is a list of upcoming and past reservations. Click on the eye icon to view a particular reservation and make any edits by clicking on the edit button
Edit or delete a customer profile
In the Oddle Reserve Host V3 app, navigate to Customers and search for the particular customer
Click on the Edit Profile to change their salutation, first name, last name, phone number, birthday, email address, customer notes and marketing preference. Hit Save Changes to confirm the changes
If you want to delete the customer profile, click the Delete Profile button found at the bottom left hand corner. Do note that you are unable to delete profiles with any transaction records or any reservation bookings
