How to change Pickup/Delivery Timing of an Order via iPad Oddle Register App?
📌 If there is an existing delivery request, it will automatically be
replaced with a new delivery request.
1. Please go to “All” Tab. Search for the order number and click into it.
2. Click the “Pencil” icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Click the 3rd “Change” button next to the Customer Delivery Address.
4. Select customer’s new Delivery Date/Time.
5. Click "Checkout" to save the changes.
6. Select ‘Yes’ if you wish to send an Order Summary to your customer.
