How to View Usage Reports on Oddle Dashboard

Follow these steps to access and view your usage reports for Reserve:

  1. Log in to the Oddle Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Account > Billing > Reports > Usage Reports.

  3. Select Report Type: Reserve.

  4. Filter the results using the desired date range and click “Apply”.


    Booking Summary:

    • Displays the billing, brand, and store names.

    • Shows whether each booking is billable or non-billable, along with the total booking amount.

      • Billable Bookings: Online reservations, including those made through Reserve with Google.

      • Non-billable Bookings: Manually added bookings, such as walk-ins or those entered via the Host App.


    Bookings:

    • Lists the billing name, brand name, and store name.

    • Includes a timestamp for when the booking was submitted.

    • Shows the source of the booking (e.g., RwG, Manual, or Online Reservation).

    • Indicates whether the booking is billable or non-billable.

    • Displays the reservation date and time.

Follow these steps to access and view your usage reports for Loyalty and Redeemables:

  1. Log in to the Oddle Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Account > Billing > Reports > Usage Reports.

  3. Select Report Type: Loyalty and Redeemables.

  4. Filter the results using the desired date range and click “Apply”.

    Usage Summary

    The Usage Summary includes:

    • Billing and Brand Names: Shows brand and billing details.

    • Campaign Type and Title: Displays the campaign type and title.

    • Redeemable Type: Indicates if transactions are for enrolment, claims, or redemptions.

    • Total: Provides the total count of each type of transaction (enrolment, claim, and redemption).

Campaign Types

  • In-store First Check-in: Charges per enrolment at first check-in.

  • General: Charges per claim for unclassified redeemables.

  • Partnership: Charged per claim when customers use redeemables from partner banks or establishments.

  • Voucher Pack: Charges per claim for paid redeemables set as voucher packs.

  • Check-in Redeemables: Charges per claim for rewards through Oddle campaign sign-ups.

  • Check-in Terminal: Charges per claim via QR code on terminal receipt.

  • Check-in Milestone Rewards: Charges per redemption of milestone rewards.

  • Return Rewards: Charges per redemption of return-related offers.

Usage Breakdown - Enrolments, Claims, Redemptions

The Usage Breakdown provides detailed information for each transaction, including:

  • Billing and Brand Name: Identifies the associated brand and billing details.

  • Campaign Type and Name: Displays the specific type and name of the campaign.

  • Customer Name: Indicates the name of the customer involved in the transaction.

  • Type of Redeemable: Specifies whether it's an enrolment, claim, or redemption.

  • Date: Indicates when the customer enrolled in the program, claimed the redeemable, or used the redeemable.



Follow these steps to access and view your usage reports for SMS & Call:

  1. Log in to the Oddle Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Account > Billing > Reports > Usage Reports.

  3. Select Report Type: SMS & Call.

  4. Filter the results using the desired date range and click “Apply”.

SMS & Call Summary

This section provides an overview of key information, including:

  • Billing Name: The name associated with the billing for notifications.

  • Channel Used: The method employed to notify the customer (SMS or call).

  • Product: The specific product related to the notifications.

  • Notification Type: Indicates the nature of the notification, which can be:

    • Customer Booked

    • Modified Reservation

    • Pending Reservation

    • Cancelled Reservation

    • Customer Confirmation Prompt

  • Total: Summarises the overall count of notifications sent.

SMS & Call Records

The SMS & Call Records section offers detailed information for each notification, including:

  • Channel: Indicates whether the notification was sent via SMS or call.

  • Timestamp: Shows the exact date and time when the notification was sent.

  • Notification Type: Specifies the nature of the notification, including options like customer booking, reservation modifications, and confirmations.

  • Billing Organisation Name: Name of the billing entity that the invoice is billed to.

  • Brand Name: Name of the brand associated with the notification.

  • Store Name: The specific store from which the notification originated.

  • Product: The product related to the notification (e.g. Reserve or Survey)

  • Transaction ID: A unique identifier for the transaction associated with the notification.

  • Transaction Type: Indicates whether the transaction is a survey or a reservation.



Follow these steps to access and view your Payable Deductions Report:

  1. Log in to the Oddle Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Account > Billing > Reports > Usage Reports.

  3. Select Report Type: Payable Deductions.

  4. Filter the results using the desired date range and click “Apply”.

Payable Deductions

The Payable Deductions Report is a valuable tool for reviewing deductions made from your payouts. This report helps you understand which invoices are included in the deduction period and provides detailed insights into each deduction.

Key Columns:

  • Billing Name: Name of the billing entity that the invoice is billed to.

  • Invoice Number: A unique identifier for the invoice.

  • Invoice Amount: The total amount of the invoice.

  • Deduction Date: The date when the deduction was applied.

  • Deducted Amount: The amount deducted from the invoice.

  • Deducted From: The order or period from which the deduction was made.

  • Net Payout Amount: The remaining amount after the deduction.

  • Remaining Balance: The balance left on the invoice after the deduction.

  • Deduction Status: Indicates whether the deduction was fully or partially applied.
