To access and manage your invoices, follow these steps:
On the Oddle Dashboard, navigate to Account → Billings → Invoices
You'll land on the "All" invoices page, which displays invoices for all billing entities
Use the toggle to filter between "All," "Paid," "Open," or "Overdue" invoice statuses
If you have multiple billing entities, you can filter by specific entity or time period
The Invoices table displays the following information:
Billing entity name
Invoice number
Invoice date
Invoice due date
Amount due
Payment method
Payment status
To view or download an invoice and receipt:
Click on the invoice number
For a detailed breakdown, click "View invoice and payment details"
The dropdown reveals a summary of individual billable items, such as subscription plans for Reserve, Engagement, Rewards, and SMS & Call Plans
By following these steps, you can easily access, view, and download your invoices directly from the dashboard.
