Cancellation Surcharge | Basic fees apply for delivery requests that are cancelled by the merchant within 30 minutes from the expected food pickup time, after being matched to a driver |
Oddle’s Logistics pricing is in line with our commitment to ensure that:
(1) Every delivery order is actively monitored and coordinated by our dedicated logistics operations team.
(2) Oddle will tip drivers where required to ensure our restaurant partners’ orders are prioritised. Any tips or surcharges are absorbed by Oddle. In the event where orders are still not assigned, the logistics operations team will source for other drivers via Oddle’s network of logistics partners.
(3) Oddle takes up the responsibility for compensation according to Annex B of “Oddle Logistics Terms of Service”
(4) With a fixed pricing list, regardless of the delivery partner used, restaurant partners are able to calculate/forecast their margins for food delivery better so they know how much to pass on to their customers and/or markup in their food prices.
