Adding Items to Existing Unpaid Orders on iPad

If customers would like to add items to an existing unpaid order, you may assist in doing so via the iPad Oddle Register App.

How to add items to an existing unpaid order via the iPad Oddle Register App?

1. To add a new item to an unpaid order, please go to “All” Tab. Search for the order number and click into it.

2. Click the "Pencil" icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Add the new item.

4. Click Checkout to save the order.

5. Select ‘Yes’ if you wish to send an Order Summary to your customer.

6. When the new order has been created, you may click 'Send' under the Payment Invoice field. This will send a payment link to the customer via email so that they can make payment online.
