Using the Search Bar
Quickly search for an order by typing in the search bar. You can search by Order Number, First Name, Last Name or phone number.
💡 Use the search bar in conjunction with the filter and sort options to
narrow down your search.
Using the Filter Option
You can use the filter option to filter the displayed orders by Payment Status, Payment Method, and Stores. To use the filter option:
1. Select the filter button.
2. Check / un-check the relevant items.
💡 If you are having trouble finding orders, double check your filter
settings. You may have accidentally un-checked certain options.
Using the Sort Option
You can use the sort option to sort the way the orders are displayed. Orders can be sorted by Delivery / Pickup Date, Food Ready By Date, Order Number and Submitted Date. To use the sort option:
1. Select the sort button.
2. Select the "Sort by" category.
3. Select the rank (Ascending or Descending).
💡 Orders will be "grouped" together by the "Sort by category date".
For example, if the "Food Ready By Date" category is selected, orders will
be grouped together by their "Food Ready By Date".
Change the "Sort by" category to organise your orders to best suit your
needs.
