Sending an Online Payment Request

This function is helpful when you have created a new order on behalf of a customer or when you have orders with payment yet collected.

Simply send a payment request link to your customer's email inbox for the customer to make payment online! Once online payment has been received, the payment status of the order will be updated to Paid.

1. Click on the order which you want to send payment request for.

2. Click on the Send button.

3. Click Yes.

4. Click OK.

An email will be sent to the customer with a link that will direct them to the payment page. Once the customer has made payment, the system will automatically be refreshed and the Payment Status will be marked as Paid.

1. Select the order and click the payment request icon.

2. When the send payment request prompt appears, click Yes.

1. Under the Orders tab, select the order.

2. Click the Send Payment Request button.
