Sign in to the new Unified Dashboard (UD21) (app.oddle.me)
Click Sales > Online Orders > General on the left-hand side panel.
From there, you will see all the orders in the account.
Search for the specific order that you would like to refund by entering the Order Number on the search bar provided on the upper right-hand corner of the page, then click on the magnifying lens icon.
Click on the Order that you wanted to refund.
Once the pop-up order information appeared, click on the Refund button.
Enter the refund amount desired on the box provided.
Once done, click on the Refund button to confirm.
