Tips to ensure a successful verification for Oddle Payouts

Here are some tips when registering for a Stripe Connect account to ensure a successful set-up without interruptions to your disbursement.

  • You might be asked to submit verification documents onto Stripe.

    Make sure that the name on the verification document matches the details of the authorized representative who will manage your company's bank account.

  • Submit a clear, colored copy of your identity verification document

    • There should be a clear outline surrounding the card or certification. We recommend taking the picture against a contrasting background.

    • File types accepted: .docx, .csv, .xlsx, .pdf, .jpeg, .png, .tiff

    • File size limit: 32MB

  • To identify what other documents are required, take the following steps:

    • Click "Account Settings" on the left navigation panel. Click "Billing", followed by "Accounts"

    • On the relevant Stripe Account, click "Manage". Under Payout details, click "Manage" again. You will be redirected to Stripe's webpage.

    • You might see a banner prompting you to "Update Info". Alternatively, click on the "accounts" icon located at the top right-hand corner.

    • Scroll down and click on the card with the "Information needed" alert.
