How to change your registered phone number on Stripe

Need to update your phone number on Stripe? This guide walks you through the process, whether you have access to your current number or not.

Method 1: If You Have Access to Your Current Phone Number

  1. Access your Oddle Dashboard

  2. Navigate to SettingsBillingsAccounts

  3. For verified Stripe accounts:

    1. Click Manage next to your Stripe account

    2. Under Payout Details, select Manage to access Stripe Dashboard

  4. For unverified accounts:

    1. Click Resolve Issue to proceed

  5. Complete verification:

    1. Enter the OTP sent to your current phone number

    2. Click the Person icon in the top-right corner

    3. Look for Authentication Details and update your mobile number


Method 2: If You've Lost Access to Your Current Phone Number

  1. Visit the Stripe Support portal at https://support.stripe.com/contact/login

  2. Select "I can't sign in" from the available options

  3. Explain your situation in detail:

    1. Mention that you no longer have access to the registered phone number

    2. Provide context (e.g., previous account holder has left the company)

    3. Wait for Stripe Support to assist you with the verification process

Note: For security reasons, Stripe may require additional verification steps to protect your account. Always keep your contact information up to date to avoid access issues
