Prerequisites of bank account linking

This article is only applicable if:

  1. You have already registered for Oddle Payouts for a menu, and

  2. Has another menu under the same Oddle account that is unregistered.

When to link a menu to an existing bank account

You should link your menu to an existing bank account when:

  1. You want to receive your Oddle statement of different menus under the same billing organisation, AND

  2. You want the payouts of the stores to be made to the same bank account.

How to link a menu to an existing bank account

  1. On the bank account page of the new menu, click Link Existing Bank Account.

  2. Select your existing bank account from the list.

  3. Click Link Existing Bank Account.

  4. The new menu is now connected to an existing bank account without the need to re-register for Oddle Payouts. Click on the relevant store checkboxes in the menu to link it to the bank account.

When not to link a menu to an existing bank account

You should not link your menu to an existing bank account when:

  1. You want to receive separate Oddle statements of different menus under their respective billing organisations.

    • Please create separate bank accounts under different billing organisation names. (Payouts may still be made to the same physical bank account number.)

  2. You want payouts of your stores to be made to different bank accounts.

    • Please create separate bank accounts under different billing organisation names and connect each bank account to a different physical bank account number.

Note: Billing organisation name cannot be changed once created. Do inform us if you need to update your billing organisation name.
