Adding Items to Existing Paid Orders on iPad

If customers would like to add items to an existing paid order, you may recommend them to place a new pickup order and state under Customer Remarks that it is to be combined with another order. For example, "Please combine this order with order 001234."

Alternatively, if you'd like to create the order on behalf of the customer, you may do so via the iPad Oddle Register App or WebPOS.

How to add items to an existing paid order via the iPad Oddle Register App?

1. To add a new item to a paid order, please click on the Add Order button on the top-left of the screen of your iPad App.

2. Add the new item and add kitchen remarks to state that it is to be combined with another order. For example, "Please combine this order with order 001234."

3. Select the same customer.

4. Set it as a Pickup order so that there will not be a duplicate driver assigned.

5. Click Checkout to save the new order.

6. Select โ€˜Yesโ€™ if you wish to send an Order Summary to your customer.

7. When the new order has been created, you may click 'Send' under the Payment Invoice field. This will send a payment link to the customer via email so that they can make payment online.
