There are two ways that your order can be delivered:


Delivery managed by Oddle Logistics

A restaurant may assign Oddle Logistics to manage deliveries on their behalf.

Oddle Logistics is a team of real people coordinating with multiple food delivery partners to ensure that your delivery is in good hands.

The statuses of deliveries using Oddle Logistics are provided on a real-time basis on your order tracking page.

Should assistance* on your delivery be required, click the help button on the order tracking page followed by "Delivery" to chat with the Oddle Logistics team.

*The Oddle Logistics team is only able to assist you with delivery-related enquiries. Please contact the restaurant directly for other enquiries (e.g. amend order items, payment-related, refunds etc).


Delivery by the restaurant

Some restaurants may prefer to use their own or crowdsourced couriers to deliver your order.

We believe that restaurants strive to provide you with the best delivery experience where possible. However as not all restaurant deliveries are integrated with Oddle's system, this means that the live tracking and arrival estimates that you're familiar with may not be available for certain restaurants.

Please contact the restaurant directly should you require assistance with your order or wish to enquire about the status of your delivery.
