Voiding Orders

In the event where you cannot fulfill customers' orders, you can choose to void them.

A cancellation email will be sent out to customers when an order is avoided. However, it is recommended that you call the customers to explain the reason behind voiding their orders.

To void an order, you may do it via the Oddle Web Dashboard, Oddle Register iPad App, Oddle Register Android App or Email.

Voiding an order on the Web Dashboard


1. Go to Sales
2. Click Online Orders
3. Click General and search for the relevant order.

4. Click on the order and click on the Void Order button.

3. When a prompt appears, click OK.

Your order has been voided and an email notification will be sent to your customer.

Voiding an order on email

For a new order, in the pending email notification, click Cancel This Order button.
