After customers placed an order through your online ordering platform, the order will go into your order management system.
1. All new orders will be marked as pending and you will receive notification of pending orders through email, iPad, web dashboard, or SMS.
2. If you are able to fulfil the orders, immediately mark the orders as confirmed. This will send a notification to customers that their orders have been confirmed.
3. Subsequently when an order has been collected by or delivered to the customers, go back to the email, iPad or web dashboard to mark the order as delivered. Eventually all orders need to be marked as delivered.
4. Once you have received payment for the order, go to web dashboard or iPad to mark the order as paid. Through Oddle iPad app, you can also edit the mode of payment.
Order flow is as follow: Pending > Confirmed > Delivered
