Standard payments can be made through three channels:
(you can select more than one payment channel)
- PayPal Payment
- Stripe Payment
- Offline Payment
For other forms of payment, go to the bottom of this article.
To make changes to payment settings, go to Menu > menu name > Payment.
1. Click Menu on your main navigation bar.
2. Select the menu which settings you wish to adjust by clicking on menu name (i.e. Delicious Menu).
3. Click Payment on left sidebar to enable, disable or edit various payment methods available in your store.
PayPal Payment
Let your customers pay through their PayPal account or via debit or credit card.
1. Click the switch to allow PayPal payment.
Green switch means payment method is enabled. Grey switch means payment method is disabled.
2. Input your PayPal email and click Link to Paypal.
3. You will be redirected to PayPal page where you are required to input your Paypal email and password.
4. Subsequently, PayPal will request for your permission to link your account to Oddle. Click Grant Permission.
You will then be redirected to your Oddle dashboard.
5. To enable Paypal for pick-up only, tick the check box beside Allow Paypal for pick-up orders.
To enable Paypal for delivery only, tick the check box beside Allow Paypal for delivery orders.
To enable Paypal for both pick-up and delivery, tick both check boxes.
6. Click Save.
Offline Payment
Let your customers pay with cash when their food is delivered or when they pick up their food.
1. Click the switch to allow offline payment.
Green switch means payment method is enabled.
Grey switch means payment method is disabled.
2. Input message in the box if you wish to provide instructions for your customers.
3. To enable Offline payment for pickup only, tick the check box beside Allow Cash on Delivery for pickup orders.
To enable Offline payment for delivery only, tick the check box beside Allow Cash on Delivery for delivery orders.
To enable Offline payment for delivery only, tick both check boxes.
4. Click Save.
Alternative Payments.
Let your customers pay using alternative payment methods (i.e. bank transfer).
1. Click Create New Payment (either on top of the page or the bottom of the page).
2. Input the name / type of payment in the space provided and click Save.
3. Click feature switch to enable the payment method.
Green switch means payment method is enabled.
Grey switch means payment method is disabled.
4. Input message in the box if you wish to provide instructions for your customers.
5. To enable the new payment method for pickup only, tick the check box beside Allow this payment for pickup orders.
To enable the new payment method for delivery only, tick the check box beside Allow this payment for delivery orders.
To enable the new payment method for pick-up and delivery, tick both check boxes.
6. Click Save.
*Remember to always click Save (pink tab at the end of every section) if you made any changes.
