Delivery and pickup services at your store may not be available on some dates due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances. To let your customers know, you can set the block-out dates where there is no delivery or pickup. You can make all these changes in Store > store name > Delivery/Pickup settings.
- Click Store on your main navigation bar.
- Select the store you'd like to adjust settings for by clicking on store name (e.g. [email protected]).
- Click Delivery/Pickup on left sidebar.
- Toggle on Enable Delivery to start editing settings for delivery/pickup.
- Click "Block Off Dates" on the navigation bar.
- Click Add Dates and a Block-off Dates tab will appear. Select the date(s) to block off.
*Remember to click Save (bottom right red tab) after you have made any changes.
