a. In the previous default notification flow, your customers who choose to pay using cash will receive an Order Pending Message after checking out and those who choose to pay via PayPal will receive an Order Confirmation Message after checking out. Now, by default, all customers will receive Order Pending Message after they have successfully checked out. They will only receive an Order Confirmation Message after you have confirmed their orders.
b. You can now customise email subject, title and body of the respective email notification sent to customers by amending the templates in Menu > Notifications. You now have greater control the emails you would like to send to your customers as you have the option of disabling notifications individually for pending, confirmation and delivered email notifications. You can also send different sets of email notifications to the customers who paid by PayPal and cash.

b. You can now choose to disable the respective pending, confirmation and delivered notification emails and sms you would like to receive. This can be toggled under Employee > General.
When toggled on, Irritating mode triggers the following:
a. New orders that come from the push notification (i.e. online ordering platform or flagged by other ipad users) are highlighted in blue.
b. When a new order comes in, the push notification banner that appears at the top is larger than normal.
c. The Customer Remarks and Merchant Remarks sections are highlighted in pink instead of black.
d. If a selected order contains Customer Remarks, The Customer Remarks icon at the bottom right corner will blink.
