Users / Employees can only see the orders that come in to their assigned store via the iPad app. This restriction does not apply on the browser version of the Oddle backend (e.g. app.oddle.me).
For example: If user email@example.com is only assigned to Store A, he will only see the orders that come in for Store A.
To change or assign more stores for a user, follow these steps:
Go to Employee > Employee Name > Stores
- Enable/Disable the relevant Store toggles to assign a store to the employee.
- Based on the screenshot above, this would mean that the employee logged in to the iPad would only see orders for Store A and not the other two stores.
