Upon approval of your ICV application, do take note of the deadline for the claims submission as stated by SPRING.
Main points to take note of:
- Actual project start date: Date after ICV approved
- Actual project end date: Any date before date of claim submission
- Receipt Number: Use the number as stated on Oddle’s invoice (e.g. 2017-XXXXX)
- Receipt Date: Invoice date
- Product serial number: Nil (Oddle is a cloud-based solution and thus there’s no product serial number)
- Product Description: Same as the description submitted during initial ICV application
