If you have added a new order via your iPad or if you have unpaid orders in the system, it is possible for you to send a payment request to your customers, so that they are able to make payment online.
You can do so via your Oddle Register iPad App.
1. Log into the iPad app and click on the order which you want to send payment request for.
2. Click on the Send button
3. Click Yes
4. Click OK
5. An email will be sent to the customer with a link that will direct them to the payment page. Once the customer has made payment, the system will automatically be refreshed and the Payment Status will be marked as Paid.
You have now successfully sent the payment request!
