ZeptoExpress is an on-demand delivery platform. It is now possible to request for delivery from ZeptoExpress through Oddle!
Please follow the steps listed below to integrate your store with ZeptoExpress:
Go to https://zeptoapi.com/api/rest/register/ and sign up an account with ZeptoExpress.
Once registered, click on My Account and update the following fields with the information below:
- IP Whitelist: Ping your website domain to get the IP, or try 192.168.0.1 if you are unsure
- Callback URL: https://app.oddle.me/api/v2/delivery/zepto/update-driver-details
Next, click on App ID to obtain your unique API key (App Token and App ID). This key should not be shared with any other individual, except with an Oddle representative.
Email Oddle at email@example.com in the following format:
Zepto API Keys <Your Oddle Account Name>
App Token = <Your App Token>
App ID = <Your App ID>
Merchant Email = <Your Operational Email>
Merchant Tel = <Your Operational Telephone Number>
A confirmation email from Oddle will be sent within three working days once your store is integrated with ZeptoExpress.
ZeptoExpress will be alerted whenever delivery request is made on your Oddle web dashboard or iPad app! Please request for delivery at least 1 hour in advance prior to the start of your food collection window (i.e. Time kitchen to prepare food by), to allow sufficient time for driver matching and food to be collected.
