Oddle’s Logistics pricing is in line with our commitment to ensure that :

(1) Every delivery order is actively monitored and coordinated by our dedicated logistics operations team.

(2) Oddle will tip drivers where required to ensure our restaurant partners’ orders are prioritized. Any tips are absorbed by Oddle. In the event where orders are still not assigned, the logistics operations team will source for other drivers via Oddle’s network of logistics partners.

(3) Oddle takes up the responsibility for compensation according to Clause 4. Delivery Incident & Compensation of “Oddle Logistics Terms of Service”
