Getting Started

These changes can be made on the new Merchant Dashboard.

Ensure that you selected the correct Menu on the dropdown.

  1. Under Manage, go to Store

  2. Click Store Name

  3. Click Delivery Settings

  4. Toggle on Enable Delivery to start editing settings for delivery.

Creating a Delivery Zone

  1. Click Add Zone and enter the Zone Name.

  2. On the map, select one of the following methods to add a delivery zone:
    - Use Preset
    - Draw Polygon
    - Draw Radius

  3. Remember to always click Save (red tab at the bottom) if you made any changes.

  1. Click on the New Zone at top left corner. (e.g. West) to choose specific pre-configured delivery zones. (Only applicable for Singapore & Malaysia Merchants)

Configuring the Zone Settings

After creating the relevant delivery zones, you can configure the delivery charges, minimum purchase amounts, delivery cost waiver, and additional travel times.

Click Save when done.

📌 For Overlapping Zones:

  • The system will select the zone with the cheapest Delivery Charge and lowest Additional Delivery Travel Time in Mins.

  • For Minimum Purchase and Delivery Charge Waived After, if the Delivery Charge is the same, the system will select the settings of the higher ranking zone.

E.g. The system will select the settings with Delivery Charge Waived After $40 as it is ranked higher than the $100.

E.g. The system will select the settings with Delivery Charge Waived After $100 as it is ranked higher than the $40.
