Notifications of New Orders

In this article, you will learn the two ways in which you will be notified when there is a new order.

1. You will receive an email.

The order details will be forwarded to you via email. You will be prompted in the email to respond to the new order.

Once you click Confirm/Cancel This Order, you will be directed to the Oddle Dashboard to process your new order.

To enable email notifications for employees, click here.


2. You will receive a push notification on your Oddle Register iPad App.

The push notification will pop up on your iPad. You could tap on it to go to the Oddle iPad app and process the order.
